Cammie said...: Glacial lakes sometimes appear greenish to turquoise in colour because of something called rock flour. Rock flour is just ground up clay and quartz like materials from glaciers that suspend in the water in lakes giving them that colour.; September 27, 2009 at 5:39 PM
